Download measurement reports as PDF/A

This update is relevant for professionals who use the measurement results of questionnaires

Creating reports of measurement results used to be very time-consuming: manually expanding the content, then using the browser’s ‘Print to PDF’ function. In short, it was inefficient and inconsistent. Now there’s a simpler way. Therapists can download a professional PDF/A report from a client’s results page with a single click — either for a single questionnaire, or as a complete report containing all completed questionnaires and measurements.

For the reports, the therapist selects the norm group for each relevant list before the report is generated. This selection is saved and will be automatically preselected the next time.

Menu item in client accounts: ‘Catalogue’ becomes ‘Self-help’

This update is relevant for clients

Clients indicated that the name ‘Catalogue’ in the menu was unclear. They were not fully aware that they could choose self-help modules here themselves, in addition to the modules assigned by their therapists. This led to confusion and further questions. That is why this section in the main menu is now called “Self-help” instead of “Catalogue”. This makes it immediately clear what clients can find here. It also makes it easier to find and use self-help modules.

Minddistrict app

A new Minddistrict app is coming soon

This update is relevant for clients and related persons

We have some good news! We are developing a new client app for iOS and Android. We plan to release it in the coming months.

Clients won’t need to download the new app again. The update will appear as a normal app update in the App Store and Google Play. Some phones update automatically, on others a manual update is needed. This also depends on the settings. Users will remain logged in after the update.

The update is primarily a technical redesign. At first, clients may not notice many changes. But this new foundation will help us to improve the app more easily in the future and make adjustments based on the feedback we receive from users.

Unfortunately, we are unable to announce this change within the app itself. We therefore ask you to share this message with your clients. We will keep you informed about this project and the release date of the new app via the release notes.

Please note that the dashboard’s user interface is likely to change during September. The content will remain the same, however. Further changes are planned for the future. We will announce these in the release notes.
