Expired questionnaire? Therapist can now add a reason

This update is relevant voor therapists and data-officers

When a questionnaire is not completed on time, it automatically expires. Until recently, the reason for this was not noted. As a result, organisations/therapists missed out on valuable insights that could help to further improve the quality of care provided.

We have recently changed this. If a client lets a questionnaire expire, the therapist can simply provide the reason why it was not completed.

This information is made available in the exports. This allows your organisation to take this into account in analyses and gives you better tools to improve the quality of care.

Interested in this option? Please contact the Minddistrict service desk so they can make it available.

New Module: Stress at work

We are expanding our catalogue with a new module: Stress at work. This module is designed to help clients effectively manage work-related stress. In terms of content, the module is identical to the Dutch version: Ontspannen naar je werk.

In this module, clients gain insight into the sources of their stress. They learn how to strengthen their resilience and discover practical strategies to reduce and manage stress effectively.
