Automatically deactivate accounts. Did you already know this feature?
This is relevant voor application managers
Did you know that it is possible for client and/or professional accounts to be automatically deactivated after X number of days of inactivity. The service desk can configure this option on your platform.
You can have this configured separately for both account types: for professional accounts only, client accounts only or both. It is also possible to specify a different number of days per account type. Be careful not to set the period too tight. If you do so accounts of colleagues or clients who are away a bit longer can be inadvertently deactivated.
