Results questionnaires now also in table

This update is relevant for  therapists

Until now, questionnaire results were only visualised in a graph.
Graphs are useful for detecting a pattern in recurrent measurements (ROM). When viewing 1 specific entry, for example in a triage tool or diagnostic questionnaire, these graphs do not add much insight. For showing only 1 score, the graph takes up a lot of page space and the therapist has to click and search.

Therefore, we have now added tables.

When interpreting the results of an individual measurement of a client, therapists can now also see the scores and results in a table. This way, they can see all scores at a glance and compare different scales with minimal effort.

New questionnaires

We regularly create new mobile questionnaires. Our catalogue now includes the following questionnaires (available from 13 February 2025):

Licence fees may apply for some questionnaires. Contact your account manager if you are interested in any of the above titles or in all mobile (ROM) questionnaires.

Technical update

Active directory mapping more flexible

This update is relevant for organisations who use the Azure/Entra integration

The Minddistrict platform previously had a predefined ‘mapping’ between data from Azure/Entra and the fields in Minddistrict user accounts. For example, the Minddistrict platform email field was always extracted from the Azure/Entra mail attribute on the user object. We allowed customisation only for the professional id field and for the (optional) infix field.

Since now, the mapping between Azure/Entra user objects and the fields in Minddistrict is more flexible. Any field in Minddistrict can be linked to any attribute from Azure/Entra.

However, the validation rules in Minddistrict still apply. This means that mandatory fields are still required, and, for example, the field for an email address must contain a valid and unique email address.
