Planned questionnaires: remove in one action

This update is relevant voor therapists and secretaries

Sometimes a client stops answering planned questionnaires. Until now, the related therapist or someone in the role of secretary had to delete each planned questionnaire one by one. In a questionnaire planning, this can amount to as many as 7 or 8. This manual removal was time-consuming and cumbersome. Even when a treatment relationship with a therapist ended, the planned questionnaires had to be removed separately when necessary. This does not happen automatically when the therapist is unrelated.

That's easier now

There is a new option to remove all available and planned questionnaires from the planning schedule at once with a single action (via a single button).

The professional performing this action will be asked to confirm this. We clearly indicate that questionnaires can easily be added again later, if necessary.

Are there no available or planned questionnaires? Then this option will simply not be displayed.

Completed, expired, and already started questionnaires are always kept and are not affected by this action. These can never be deleted.

BSI
The Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI) is a self-report questionnaire. The multidimensional symptom list comprises 53 questions. The test shows the extent to which someone has suffered from psychological and/or physical symptoms in the recent past and how severe these symptoms were.

GAD-7

The Generalised Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) questionnaire is a 7-question screening used in primary care settings to assess the presence and severity of Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

The questions ask about a client's experiences over the last two week period, and asks about things such as feelings of anxiety and restlessness, being unable to control worrying and how afraid the client is that something bad might happen.

PHQ-9

The Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) is a 9-question screening used in primary care settings to assess the presence and severity of depression. The questions ask about a client's experiences over the last two week period, and are related to things such as their level of interest in doing things, difficulty sleeping, feeling down or depressed, ability to concentrate and thoughts of suicide.

If you are interested in one of these questionnaires or in the questionnaire functionality, please contact your customer success manager. There may be costs involved.

Questionnaires: reworking results presentation

We are improving the way in which the results of ROM questionnaires are displayed. The measurement results page has now been expanded so that the results can be viewed in their entirely. This means that it is no longer necessary to summarise the results in the blue box on the last page of the questionnaire (which was only visible to the therapist).

Newly developed questionnaires only use the measurement results page. Older existing questionnaires are being revised step by step to transfer the content of the blue box to the relevant measurement results page.
