Deactivating accounts automatically
This update is relevant for application managers
Did you know that it is possible to automatically deactivate accounts of professionals after x number of days of inactivity? This can be useful if someone leaves service or gets another position. This is a configuration that the Minddistrict service desk can set up for your organisation. This can be done for both professional and client accounts.
Only the accounts of Application managers are not deactivated this way. Please note to always deactivate those accounts as soon as the application manager has another function or employer. Application administrators can use their login details to change the platform's settings.
