Clients see one reflection page instead of two

This update is relevant for clients 


In unguided modules, clients now get one reflection page instead of two. Seeing 2 pages, 1 to edit the answers if necessary and then 1 where one could see the saved answers again, was confusing.


Now the client stays on the same page. On this page, one can go through the answers, make adjustments where necessary and then save. Next, one sees the saved answers on the same page.


Old situation with 2 pages: 'Your answers' and 'You have confirmed your answers'

Plans and Schemas

The pilot with our new functionality Plans and Schemas has been completed. It is possible to have the plans and schemas activated in your catalogue. Contact your accountmanager or the servicedesk to have this done.


The plans that are available:

  • relapse prevention plan (also known as signalling plan)
  • if-then plan
  • exercise plan

The schema that is available:

  • case conceptualisation


The client will have access to a plan or schema in order to remind themselves, learn or reflect.
