Conditional triggers can be created in mobile modules

This update is relevant for editors

Until now, it was not possible to add a conditional trigger in a mobile module. A trigger could only be activated via the 'next' button or via a send button.

The toolkit of editors expanded, allowing mobile modules to have more features and clients to work more independently because tools are activated automatically.

In which question types are conditional triggers possible?

Editors can create conditional triggers in mobile modules based on a:

  • specific answer in a closed question.

The functionality works with the following closed questions: single choice, multiple choice, number indicated via a slider or an input field.

  • computation. A specific computation score on a closed question can trigger tool content.
This works for single-choice and multiple-choice questions.

The conditional trigger activates tools, for example a mobile module, plan, schedule or diary. The triggered tool is added on the homepage of the client or within the existing module list.

Triggering guided/unguided content

Previously, triggered content was automatically unguided if the mobile module from which it was triggered was also unguided.

Now the editor can choose in a guided mobile module whether the triggered content should be guided or unguided.

Tools activating with a delay (via a trigger)

This update is relevant for editor

Until now, it was only possible in browser-only modules to activate tools with a delay. Minddistrict is working to make as a lot of tools suitable for the app as possible.

Editors therefore now have the option to set up delayed activation of triggered tools also in mobile modules. In mobile modules, in a closed question, single-choice or multiple-choice questions that contain a calculation, the editor can indicate that the content becomes available in the client account with a delay.

A delay can be in seconds, minutes, hours, weeks, months, years, etc.

Tip: log in to the platform via your mobile as a therapist

This tip is relevant for therapists

Only clients and friends can use the Minddistrict app for access on the platform.

Are you a therapist and do you want to use Minddistrict via your mobile phone or tablet? You can do so via a browser on your mobile or tablet.

Open a browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari of Firefox) on your device and fill in the URL of your platform. Log in with your username and password.

Or, even easier, search for an email from Minddistrict on your phone or tablet and open the platform via the link in that email.

There is currently no app for therapists: only clients and friends can use the Minddistrict app.

Tip: As a therapist, you can navigate to the platform over and over again via your mobile in an easy and quick way. You can do this by adding a link to your homescreen. The steps to do this are explained in the faq 'Is there an app or can I log in via my mobile?'.
